We’re looking for a personable, motivated Sales Representative to join the Hard Rock Custom Countertops team. This role involves meeting with customers, taking initial measurements, helping clients choose the right stone, and providing accurate quotes. The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. We offer higher incentives for team members who take initiative and generate their own sales. Once a project is sold, it’s handed off to our project manager to oversee through installation. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee custom countertop projects from sale to installation. This role coordinates with the fabrication team, installers, and clients to ensure smooth scheduling and clear communication throughout the process. Responsibilities include managing logistics, sourcing materials like stone and sinks when needed, and ensuring each project is completed on time and to the highest standard.
