At Hard Rock Custom Countertops, we are your one-stop shop for custom countertop installation and home remodel projects. From your first call to final installation, we make the process simple, clear, and personalized. Whether you are selecting quartzite, quartz, granite, marble, or other stone surfaces, our team guides you every step of the way with honest guidance, clear communication, and professional service.
The process starts with your call or message to our team – (817) 788-1966. From there, we come to you, measure your space, discuss your needs, and work with you to determine what will work best for your home, style, and budget. We want you to feel informed from the beginning, so we take the time to answer questions and help you understand your options before moving forward.
It is shopping time! This is one of the most exciting parts of the process, where you choose the stone that best fits your style, space, and budget. We work with trusted suppliers and help guide you through options like quartzite, quartz, granite, marble, and other stone surfaces. If you already have a stone picked out, that is great too! We are happy to work with your selection while also making sure it is the right fit for the job. We also go with you to see the stone in person so you can feel confident it is exactly what you want.
Popular stone choices include, but are not limited to:
GRANITE. A natural stone known for durability, value, heat resistance, and everyday performance. Granite is one of the most popular kitchen countertop choices because it offers beauty and strength with low risk.
QUARTZ. A man-made surface that offers a clean, consistent look and does not require sealing. Quartz is a popular choice for homeowners who want low maintenance, but it should be protected from direct heat.
QUARTZITE. A natural stone that is extremely hard and durable. Many homeowners love quartzite because it can give a soft, elegant look similar to marble while offering greater durability for countertop use.
MARBLE. Best suited for lower-impact spaces like bathrooms, fireplaces, and specialty areas. Marble is beautiful and timeless, but it requires more care and is not typically recommended for kitchens.
Once your material is selected, we will provide a detailed estimate so you know exactly what is included. After you are ready to move forward, we collect the deposit and schedule your template appointment. During templating, we take precise digital measurements and review important project details like seam placement, overhangs, corner radius, sink requirements, and layout considerations. Some materials with strong movement or veining may require layout approval before fabrication begins.
After templating is complete and all required customer-supplied items are received, we move into fabrication and final scheduling. Before installation day, countertops must be cleared and plumbing, gas, or electrical disconnects must be completed by the appropriate licensed professionals (we will go over this during the previous steps). Customers should also have sinks, faucets, cooktops, and any other required items available on-site as needed. We will communicate what needs to be ready so installation can go smoothly.
On installation day, our crew will install your new countertops, confirm fit, and review the finished work with you before leaving. Because countertop installation is a construction process, some dust, minor touch-up needs, or adjustments around existing walls or surfaces can happen. At the end of the job, you will inspect the project with the crew, sign the completion form, and the remaining balance will be due. We recommend scheduling plumbing reconnection no sooner than the following day.
We believe a great countertop experience comes from good communication and realistic expectations. Seam placement, stone movement, edge selection, sink availability, cabinet levelness, and site conditions can all affect the final project, and our team works with you through those details along the way. We also provide care guidance so you can enjoy your new countertops for years to come. Natural stone may require periodic sealing, while quartz does not require sealing but should be protected from direct heat and harsh chemicals.
Whether you are still exploring stone choices for countertops or are ready to move forward with your project, Hard Rock Custom Countertops is here to help. We proudly serve homeowners and builders with custom countertop fabrication and installation designed around quality, transparency, and lasting results.
